1. When and where is the conference/event?

KyribaLive will be held at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace from May 12-14, 2025.

2. What is included in my conference registration?

Your Full Conference Pass includes access to all activities on main conference dates, including keynotes, breakout sessions, demos, roundtables, scheduled evening activities, and the Liquidity Performance Showcase. Meals will be provided from Monday evening (May 12) through Wednesday evening (May 14). It does not include your travel, accommodations, post-event Kyriba Academy training classes, or private activities.

3. When will sessions be published?

The Session Catalog is available here.

4. How much does it cost?

A Full Conference Pass costs $995. Guest passes for evening events cost $250. Group discounts are available. Kyriba Academy post-event training courses are available for an additional fee. Be sure to ask your Kyriba sales associate for special discount opportunities!

5. When does Early Bird pricing expire?

Early Bird pricing expired on April 11, 2025.

6. Will on-demand content be available?

Conference sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees for viewing within 30 days of the event.

7. Is there a conference mobile app?

Yes. The mobile app is now available and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching "KyribaLive! 2025". Registered attendees can then log in with their KyribaLive registration credentials. 

8. What is the cancellation policy?

We are happy to provide a full refund (minus processing fee) through March 12, 2025. After that date, cancellations are non-refundable but are transferable to KyribaLive 2026.

9. Can I receive CTP re-certification credits for attending the conference?

KyribaLive 2025 in-person attendance has been approved for 14 CTP Credits. Additional credits will be available for post-event viewing. In 2024, there were 28 re-certification total credits available to attendees.

10. How do I book my hotel?
