1. When and where is the conference/event?
KyribaLive will be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from April 27-29, 2026.
2. What is included in my conference registration?
Your Full Conference Pass includes access to all activities on main conference dates, including keynotes, breakout sessions, demos, roundtables, scheduled evening activities, and the Liquidity Performance Showcase. Food will be provided from Monday evening's reception (April 27) through lunch on Wednesday afternoon (April 29). It does not include your travel, accommodations, post-event Kyriba Elevate training classes, or private activities.
3. When will sessions be published?
Our full session catalog will be available in February 2026.
4. How much does it cost?
An early bird rate of $595 is available until February 28. A Full Conference Pass costs $995. Guest passes for evening events cost $250. Group discounts are available. Kyriba Elevate post-event training courses are available for an additional fee. Be sure to ask your Kyriba sales associate for special discount opportunities!
5. When does Early Bird pricing expire?
Early Bird pricing expires on February 28, 2026.
6. Will on-demand content be available?
Select conference sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees for viewing within 30 days of the event.
7. Is there a conference mobile app?
Yes. The mobile app will be available two weeks prior to the event.
8. What is the cancellation policy?
We are happy to provide a full refund (minus processing fee) through February 26, 2026. After that date, cancellations are non-refundable but are transferable to KyribaLive 2027.
9. Can I receive CTP re-certification credits for attending the conference?
AFP has approved KyribaLive for 12.6 CTP credits with an extra bonus CTP credit available for attending the session "CTP Zone: Build your network with AFP" for a total of 13.6 CTP credits. It has also been approved for 8.2 FPAC credits. CTP and FPAC certificates will be sent to KyribaLive attendees after the conference concludes.
10. How do I book my hotel?
KyribaLive 2026 will be held at the Mandalay Bay luxury resort right on the Vegas Strip. A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $188/night plus taxes and resort fees, rooms will be held under the KyribaLive block until April 3, 2026. A link will be sent to reserve upon registration.
